Authors who publish in Educational Regent Multidisciplinary Journal retain full copyright over their work, even after publication. This policy grants authors complete freedom to distribute their articles through academic platforms, institutional or personal repositories, and other electronic media without restriction.

Authors are encouraged to deposit their articles in reputable repositories such as Sherpa/Romeo, Dulcinea, Diadorim, or other institutional and thematic repositories, provided that a formal reference to the published version is maintained.
